Isoblocks

Isoblocks

This construct arranges cubes with face labels in a three dimensional grid with isometric perspective.

There is no user interaction.

A random point moves through the grid space, each time instantiating a new cube where there is none, or enlarging a cube that is already there. Cubes are colored according to their x-value.

Cubes are z-sorted such that cubes in the distance are obscured. Sometimes this creates the illusion of cubes resting 'inside' the cubes behind them.

This project was created in an attempt to understand just how my axes were oriented when working with isometric methods. It should lay easily adapted to most isometric needs.
